The Association of Finnish Construction Engineers and Architects RIA is a national union of building trade workers graduated from polytechnics and technical colleges. Its aim is to improve the member craft guilds’ operational preconditions in working life as well as in the society. Individual members of RIA influence RIA’s operation through their member associations. The union brings together one labour market organization and 17 local associations covering the entire nation.
